Research About The Path Of Technological Innovation Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises In The “Internet Plus” Era

The small and medium-sized enterprise is the important growth point of economic development, and technological innovation is the key to the small and medium-sized enterprise to gain market competitiveness and surviva l power. At present, the government advocate “the public entrepreneurship, innovation”,under the policy, choose “Internet plus era” the path of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises has very important practical significance. This paper illustrates the characteristics of technology innovation for small and medium enterprises, analyzes the current situation of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country, aiming at the problems of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, analysis the “Internet plus” to solve these problems gives all kinds of new possibilities in making by the data、creative ideas link、multiple marketing、raise public funds. On the basis, selected four successful cases of small and medium sized enterprises to analysis how to use the “Internet plus” to make technology innovation:“Shang Pin Zhai Pei” through data-driven implementation realized manufacturing production; Mei Tuan by “Internet plus” and flat organization management to expand the sources of creativity; Millet technology using the Internet to achieve the multiple marketing; Pebble Watch by the public raised broadening the sources of funds. On the basis of empirical research and case analysis, from four dimensions of innovation to explain the path of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises in “Internet plus era”: focus on the customization of manufacturing technology innovation; organization flat management of management innovation; various ways combined in marketing model innovation; focus on the platform in finance mode innovation. Finally, this paper points out that the small and medium-sized enterprises need to pay attention to some problems: the prevention of fraud in telecom network with “Internet plus”;avoiding network lending risk; breaking the shackles of the traditional industry.
