The Analysis On Problems Of The Development Of Knowledge Industry And The Research On Countermeasures In Our Country

With the prosperity of both the world's brand-new technical revolution based on modern science and technology and industrial revolution, the economy growth depends more upon the knowledge's production, spread and application than ever before. The knowledge economy era is approaching on the basis of knowledge. The knowledge industry arouses more and more concern as the pillar of knowledge economy. It's inevitable that the knowledge industry will be the new focus of economy growth in the post-industrial society, which will lead global economy's rapid development.The paper begins with the definition of the knowledge industry, makes an analysis on the connotation, characteristics and working mechanism of the knowledge industry. The knowledge industry refers to the industry whose production and operation depends on the "knowledge substance ", "knowledge substance" is an organism which involved many essential factors and the intellectual factor is the key one. Intellectual factor based on the mind carrier, other factors conclude equipment intellectual factor , technological intellectual factor and management intellectual factor.According to the connotation of the knowledge industry, the thesis attempts to construct an evaluation quota system of the knowledge industry. According to the evaluation quota system of the knowledge industry, the thesis evaluates the knowledge level of our country's traditional industry by the grey relevance analytical methods, analyses the industry intellectualization quota and the synthetic quota of the industrial competitive by the grew relevance theory, brings to light the industry intellectualization quota which has a close relationship with the industrial competitive; and evaluates the input and output efficiency of science and technology in the high-tech industry in our country by Data Envelopment Analysis.Based on the conclusion of illustration research, this thesis systematically reveals the problem on the developing course of knowledge industry in our country from industrial policies, protection of intellectual property rights, input amount of intellectual factors, input structure and technological proficiency by way of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Meanwhile, using the experience of other countries for reference and taking our national conditions into consideration, this thesis proposes some suggestions for the knowledge industry development in our country from macho-perspective, general perspective and micro-perspective.
