Research On Supplier Of Manufacturing Enterprises Selection Under Supply Chain Management

Since entering the nineties, With market competition globalization and fierce-rization the life cycle of product is more and more short, In order to adapting to the changing marketplace all the time, the enterprise more and more emphasizes own core ability, to the non-core production resource is obtained from the supplier through supply chain. As purchase object of manufacture enterprise the supplier relates enterprise's purchase cost and quality of raw material and spare part directly, and it has a very tremendous influence to the enterprise product competitive power. So it is a very important concern to select the right suppliers that suit to the requireness of company's development and that have a good development foreground. How to select the right supplier, choose which index and adopt which methods to evaluate the sppliers are the main concern of this thesis.Firstly, this paper introduces the theories of supply chain and supply chain management, elaborates respective concept and theories content. then the article proposes the current question in the selection of manufacture enterprise's suppliers and analysis the primary cause in view of these problems. Then the article analysis the importance of supplier selection under the supply chain management. Under the new characteristic and principle which the enterprise supplier chooses, this paper proposes the step of supplier selection based on two stages.Then the article analysis the shortcoming of appraisal target system, establishes the appraisal target system for the different stages and different type suppliers. In which mainly includes the appraisal target system of Supplier primary election and supplier reelection and the paper utilizes the different method to carry on the selection of suppliers. Finally, the article utilizes the example and executes the method of supplier selection and examines its validity and feasibility. Simultaneously in order to guarantee the smooth implementation of supplier selection process,the article proposes the the questions which in the implementation process we should pay attention to.
