| With the rapid development of our country’s economy,the competition patterns between the enterprises are also changing.To win a place in the fierce market competition,many enterprises have set up a supply chain and improved supply chain management in order to improve their core competitiveness.They also consider supply chain as an important catalyst to establish cooperative partnership between enterprises.The precondition to establish a supply chain which suits the company’s own situation is to choose excellent suppliers.ZC company is a state-owned enterprise which specializes in developing and manufacturing products and parts for railway locomotives.In recent years,with the changing of its business scope and railway locomotive industry,ZC company pays more and more attention to the establishment and integration of the supply chain,and has established a series of solutions,an evaluation system and management system regarding how to establish a supply chian and choose ideal suppliers.By doing so,it integrates research and development,production,sales and service as a whole.At present,ZC company already has more than hundreds of suppliers to choose from,but how to select and evaluate excellent suppliers in a comprehensive,scientific way and through effective methods and strategies is an important topic restricting the development of theenterprise..By takeing ZC company as the research object and supply chain management theory and system theory as the instructive theories,this thesis refers to existing research results home and abroad and makes surveys of the status quo of ZC company.In this way,the it draws the conclusion that the main problems existing in the ZC company at presents lie in the lack of potential suppliers,short selecting cycle,backward technology level and difficulties to achieve cross-sectoral coordination.This thesis also analyzes the reasons causing the aboved-mentiones problems from the perspective of policy,technology,method and system..Based on the system theory,this thesis decides the principles to evaluate the performance when select suppliers,which include difference evaluation,accurate evaluation,detailed assessment,clear rewards and punishments,enhanced consciousness of crisis,improving ability,clear standards and implemented incentives.Based on analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and business performance evaluation and quality performance evaluation of suppliers,this thesis builds a more scientific performance-evaluation index system to select suppliers and determines the weight and calculation methods of the primary indicators and secondary indicators.From the aspects of procurement,price,quality and service,suppliers can be evaluated.this thesis accordingly comes up with the basic thoughts,basic principles,decisive framework and supportingsystem for the corporate structure design and operation of ZC company,The research results of this thesis may also provide the beneficial enlightenment and reference for similar enterprises. |
