Study On The Protection Of Cultivated Land And Basic Farmland In Dianjiang County

This thesis have studied abundant theories and methods about the study of cultivated land and basic farmland protection, and made a case study of Dianjiang County on cultivated land and basic farmland protection in the revision of general land use planning. At first, the Status quo and dynamic change of cultivated land resources in Dianjiang County was analyzed in this thesis, and main questions of cultivated land using in Dianjiang County was found out. At the same time, the necessity of cultivated land protection was emphasized after analyzing the pressure of cultivated land. The cultivated land protection status in Dianjiang County was summarized on the basic of the former three analyses. Subsequently, the scientific needed size of cultivated land and norm farmland was forecasted, and the cultivated land and basic farmland protect scheme was established. At last, the countermeasure and step were put forward. Have made the following research results mainly via studying:First,the study background was analyzed deeply, and the study dynamic change of cultivated land protection was expounded. The aim and significance of cultivated land protection was outstand through analyzing it ensure food safety, society safety, zoology safety and economy safety. The main study mission of this thesis was put forward, and the train of thoughts and means and technical route were expounded.Second, this thesis have analyzed the status quo of cultivated land of Dianjiang County, the temporal and spatial change of cultivated land was analyzed through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and correspond math model, and the main questions in cultivated land using were expounded.Third, the pressure of cultivated land was analyzed through corresponding index model, and this, the necessity of cultivated land protection was emphasized.The cultivated land protecting status in Dianjiang County was summarized after analyzing synthetically the pressure and the status quo and dynamic change of cultivated land Fourth, this thesis have analyzed and forecasted the supply and demanc status of cultivated land in Dianjiang County on the base of population forecasting, food demand, etc.At last, the size of cultivated land was figured out through comparing fand optimizing some schemes. Then, the size of the norm farmland protection was forecasted and confirmed. The planning scheme of cultivated land and the norm farmland protection was formulated through breaking scientifically down the protect index of cultivated land and the norm farmland and comparing schemes.Fifth, eleven countermeasures and steps of cultivated land protection were put forward according to the actual circumstances and the question on cultivated land protection in Dianjiang County.
