Study On Supply Chain Partner Selection Method Based On BP Neural Network

Choosing right partners is the first and important step in supply chain partnership. If the enterprise selects some suitable supply-chain partners, it can keep the advantage of the enterprise in the drastic competition; it also can keep the supply chain stable and efficient.Based on system analysis theory and multi-index integrated evaluation theory, after analyzing the situation of researches on supply chain partnership evaluation, in this thesis, the author conducts research to the partnership evaluation of supply chain enterprises. Through analysis of the conception, connotations and characters of partnership evaluation theory, the paper put forward the task, system and process of evaluation of supply chain partnership. Based on some researches at home and abroad, a complete index system of partnership is set up according to some principles and methods. It also studies the normalization of index value, the calculation of index weight and the methods of partnership evaluation. By analyzing the advantage and disadvantage and applicability of usual methods of supply chain partnership evaluation, use the BP Artificial Neural Network(ANN)to the evaluation, use the MATLAB to create the ANN. Make the sample to train BP net. Meanwhile, uses the GUI from MATLAB achieve the evaluation. The result indicate that this method improve the efficient of the evaluation. The data from training the BP net and example evaluation is accord with the objective reality.
