Project Management Application Research On Raffles Foundation

As a rising subject,project management was greeted and highly praised in the w orld.It displays much more advantages in improving the benefit,shortening the per iod,reducing the cost,guranting the quality and so on.Although construction corp oration in China all practise the effctive project management based on the three ke y factors of quality,period,cost,compared with the PMBOK such as venture manag ement and purchasing management,it still needs to be improved a higher level to s atisfied the complex and intense global market competition increasingly.This paper elaborates on the current situation and prospect of project managem ent domestic and aboard,research institutions of invoting to enhance the project m anagement development and the nigh fields of PMBOK.Through finding the shortc omings of Chinese construction project management by contrasting the nigh fields in PMBOK,the author expatiated the project management application and practic e in Peking Reffels Foundation.
