Study On The Management Process Of Hotel Project Property Management System Based On PMBOK

Combined with the property as a hotel style property commercial real estate projects and hotels,play the resources to maximize the value of the advantage,is actually the real estate and hotel is a new business and management mode,at present this type of hotel project in China's tourism system when the proportion is gradually important.Based on the long-term perspective,the property right hotel as the main body of China's tourism real estate development,the two complement each other,will promote China's tourism real estate to obtain new achievements.From the short-term point of view,the current prospects for the development of the property right hotel,the development of the conditions and the mechanism can be a good entry,but also provide a prerequisite for the rapid development of the property right hotel in the short term.But in this environment,a key problem needs to face is compared with the developed countries,China's hotel property research and exploration of late,the remaining development shortcomings,if two from the macro and micro perspective,can be found at the macro level for laws and regulations are not sound enough.The micro level perspective,the problem exists in the aspects of project financing,organization vacancy and profit target.From the attribution of the analysis of the above issues,is sufficient to prove the theoretical research and practical exploration of our hotel property is still in a low level,the research involves a relatively narrow,from the terminal to the current academic website also understand our research for the property type hotel aspect focus on the following aspects,including benefit analysis,risk analysis investment analysis and case analysis and so on,only to remain in the hotel property level of proposed countermeasures,systematic solution basically does not exist.The fundamental goal of this research is to propose a set of feasible development plan for the property type hotel project management,make full use of the advanced management idea and goal of the PMBOK project management system,the formation of a suitable property type hotel project management system model.The research methods include literature review and field investigation,and the literature review is the necessary preparation work to support the whole thesis system and framework.Then through the investigation of methods validation documents content authenticity,and arrangement of processing good data;the combination of qualitative and quantitative research,research on the current situation of property right hotels and hotel revenue estimates,based on the feasibility of data verification of PMBOK project management system applied to the hotel property project management;analysis the combination of theoretical research and case research,through theoretical research to identify the entry point to the specific application of case analysis to verify the PMBOK value of project management knowledge system.The specific contents are as follows: the first chapter,analysis of the problem,put forward the overall research framework of the paper;the second chapter,the domestic and foreign research on the property of the hotel to make analysis and exploration,absorb and learn from experience,a solid foundation for the theoretical research lay;the third chapter,research on China's current property hotel project the management mode,find out the existing problems;the fourth chapter,the PMBOK project management knowledge system as the core to determine the property of the hotel project management process;the fifth chapter,through case analysis,further validation of the intrinsic value of PMBOK project management knowledge system;the sixth chapter,complete the analysis,find out the development direction and problems.The results show that the PMBOK project management knowledge system in the property right type hotel project management value significantly,the whole process of project management helps to optimize the property right type hotel,and provide a systematic demonstration project for the property type hotel,to promote the rapid development in china.
