| Mobile value-added services have developed rapidly in the recent years in China. With the coming release of 3G licenses and the restructuring of telecom industry, investing in value-added services has become an essential issue for the future telecom operators.This paper is based on the author's abundant work experience and written in the context of the fast increase in value-added services, and we mainly research on the decision-making system of value-added services. The major purpose of this paper is to increase the accuracy and the efficiency of the investment decision in value-added services, then to further increase the investment management level of telecommunication companies. The main contents of this paper are as followed:1,Analyze the existing problems concerning decision-making in value-added services and the accountable reasons. Based on my work experience, analyze the characteristics of decision-making in value-added services, and put emphasis on the current problems during the decision-making process.2,Construct the investment decision-making structure of value-added services. By fully considering the features of telecom industry, this paper constructs a new investment management system, and also proposes the using structure and process.3,Based on all the theories below, we do an empirical work on the Colouring. |
