Study On The Organization Structural Design And Optimization Of N Enterprise Group Headquarters

The competency of organization has become the important portion of the enterprise core competition. As the products of the merchandise economy and the modern cooperation institutional, Enterprise group has played more and more important roles in the modern society.The headquarters of the enterprise group is the key of the whole group. Reasonable and effective organization of enterprise group headquarter is not only concerned with the long term performance of the group, but also concerned with the groups'survival and continued-development. This thesis first summarized the organization basic theories, design principles, and primary facilities of the independent enterprise. Then it aim at the characteristic of the enterprise groups, basis on the group positioning, development strategy and construction analysis, provide the main variables that influential in redesign the headquarters'organization structure of the group.And at last, through deeply study the problem of the N group headquarters'operation, according to the analysis of the group development target, strategy, main function reasoning, organization benchmark analysis, organization construction redesign, the process of group headquarter construction reengineering are further demonstrated in this case.
