Unemployment is a general economical problem in the world. Since the 1980s labor market in Germany has been depressed and the unemployment rate kept high. Many young people, women and older people consist of unemployment group. So Germany government has paid great attention to this problem with many policies. One prominent policy is the establishment of re-employment training system for those unemployed people; moreover, Germany government closely combines the re-employment training of unemployment group with the labor market. Facing with many active and passive policies of the labor market, the unemployed people are aware that they can find jobs, only through the participation in the re-employment training. The re-employment training is the best way to solve the unemployment.Germany government has put more and more emphasis on the re-employment training of unemployment group. As an important institution, training enterprises, play a powerful role and becomes an important way to training and employment. Training enterprise is a public training institution for those who are willing to accept the re-employment training. According to life-long education, its goal is not only to train the professional skills and knowledge, but also to improve the diverse abilities. What's more, from the Germany government to the local labor service, training enterprise is strictly managed and its internal management is also perfect.In the training enterprise, young people, women and older people are the primary learner of the re-employment training. In terms of the characteristics of different groups, training enterprise sets different goals and principles for training. It attaches importance to the different individualities. In general, training enterprises applies various methods widely following the guidance of Action-Oriented didactics, such as Four-Step-Method, Text-Guide-Method and Project-Method.Accompany with economic reform in China, Unemployment is hand in hand with employment. Unemployment has become a huge handicap of economic development. Compared to the re-employment training of unemployment group in Germany, Chinese training system begins lately with growing number of problems. As there are difference in political, economic, cultural and other areas between China and Germany, China can't use the same system which applies to Germany. According to some advanced experience in Germany and the practical situation and problem in China nowadays, China can build up re-employment training which fits the unemployed people in China.
