On The Employment Training System Of The United States Of America And Its Enlightenment To China

Employment is the major livelihood of the people related to each individual's vital interests, China is a populous country, the employment pressure is very large, good job to solve the problem, not only hinder economic development, and develop will become a social problem. Our country must attach great importance to employment. My thesis for the current problems of employment and training system has been studied, focusing on analysis of the U.S. the status of the employment training system, the purpose is to study the experience of advanced countries and methods of its essence to its dregs, absorb something of its nutrition work for us. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part analyzes the U.S. job training system, the second part is our job training system, Analysis, and the third part of the U.S. job training system that is Enlightenment.The first part of the U.S. job training system, the main legislation from employment training, job training institutions, employment training services, and employment training assistance to analyze four aspects.
