Comparative Research On Youth Public Employment Training

With the global economic competitiveness, Western countries have witnessed the high-tech, innovation revolution, social organizations and unprecedented integration between the economic organizations. The integration process associated with the existence of high unemployment. Some countries have built on the implementation of active labor market policies based on the theory of vocational training policy. It has improved the domestic employment situation and adjusted the domestic labor market. Especially, under the coordination of policy mechanisms, they develop a variety of training activities for young people, which markedly improved technical level of young people and the problem of unemployment among young people.In this thesis, the researcher studies on youth public employment training. The study followed the basic ideas of comparative education research. First of all, the researcher chooses the typical of the countries and regions as comparison. Secondly, it carries out contrast material by the adoption of different countries and regions and international organizations. It comes to the common law trend for the development of public employment training. Finally, the attention falls on China's youth employment training, public hot-spot issues. From the perspective of international comparisons, it will be analysis of the final line of sight falls on job training our young people in public on hot issues.This entire thesis is divided into four chapters:Chapter 1 is a young theoretical overview of public employment training, which should be defined the concept of public employment training and describe the theoretical framework of public employment. This chapter is the basis of the full text.Chapter 2 is the country studies, which focused on four countries and regions, the United States, Britain, Germany and Hong Kong, China. It analyses the related policies of the youth employment training and development. This chapter is one of the key points discussed. Chapter 3 is an international research, which studies on the two major developmenttrends——youth work experience and Training, as well as entrepreneurship training.Through the practice of national policies, as well as advanced analysis, it sums up experience and laws.Chapter 4 is a study of practical problems in China, according to the first two chapters, that drawn from the results of the analysis, as well as identify the reasons for the laws and solutions.These four chapters constitute the overall framework of the thesis. This thesis is to clarify experience of developed countries , which seeks to solve the problem of youth unemployment in our country and play an important reference and guide.
