Research On Risk Analysis Of Expressway BOT Project

With the increasing implementation of BOT projects in our country, BOT has been used in Expressway construction. Compared with traditional projects, there have different risks in BOT projects, making the risk assessment in Expressway BOT projects the core issues of common concern of different projects participants. Therefore, the research on risk assessment of Expressway BOT projects is of great theoretical and practical significance to the assessment, prevention, and control of risk in BOT projects.Beginning with the theory of risk management of BOT projects, this article analyses the operation processes and the risks of BOT projects, compares the risk assessment methods of BOT projects, and according to the stage characteristics of BOT project, sets up a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the YT Expressway BOT project. According to this model, this article provides a risk evaluation index system for the YT highway BOT project. And in order to avoid the subjective of the index weight as much as possible, this article uses the fuzzy Borda analysis based on grid access to determine the corresponding index weight. The result calculated through this fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment model and the actual assessment result is consistent,which proves the rationality and effectiveness of the fuzzy comprehensive risk assessment model .The risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the YT highway BOT project is helpful to the decision-making and the risk integrated management of BOT projects.
