The key focus for the sustainable development of a company is how to succeed in achieving both the goals of company and staff personal development and how to balance it. The performance management is about to evaluating the working performance of employees, making reasonable evaluation, and most importantly, it's about to assisting the managers to master the technique of management, to enhance the quality of managing, to form a practical management habits, and it's about to helping employees to improve their efficiencies. The performance management has been developed potential talents of employees to a greater level. So it enables the strategic planning of a company can be effectively implemented.According to my department and our own current situation, I employed the performance management on sales. It's mainly on goal-oriented performance management. I have communicated with sales and discussed their goals. I have explained the executing process, feedback, and team-communication items for sales and other related employees. The improvement is huge after implement it for a couple of months. They have more specific goals, responsibilities, and profits distribution. Adding the fast and easy communication channel, it shifted our sales from "I have to do" to "I would like to ".I use goal-oriented performance management method which integrated efficiency and goal managements. It combined the performance management with performance development. This method have built a new performance management principles and a standard system, thus, it can maximize the achievement of a company.
