In recent years, the small manufacturing industries of foreign investment has achieved the further development because the local government strengthen the power and adopt the favorable policy to absorb the foreign investment enterprise. The flourish development of foreign investment enterprise not only contribute the great power to the local finance aspect, but also solve the problem of employment as well as maintaining social stability. Meanwhile, many laborers have rushed to the foreign invested enterprise due to the normative the management and the better welfare.K company is the enterprise invested by German solely, which mainly produce the butterfly valves for9years up today, with the specialty team of manufacturing the butterfly valves. However, since the financial crisis in2008, the export-oriented small manufacturing industries have endured the different negative impact, reflecting the decline of enterprise’s orders and profit, the serious losses of personnel, even the large-scale layoffs for partial enterprises. Researching the cause,"the pain of economic" endured by enterprise not only reduce the staffs confidence and faithfulness for enterprise, but also impair the staffs salary competition. More and more problems have been exposed in HR management of K company: low work efficiency, first-line worker strike and more high the resignation rate.This thesis introduce all kinds of problems the HR management of K company, analyzing the existent problems by related motivation theory, adapting documentary research method, questionnaire survey, statistic analysis and chart analysis respectively, highlighting the key problem of K company are salary motivation, career development motivation and communication motivation and, making an improvement from the organization and system. Adopting what kind of pattern as well as how to motivate the staff and creating a high performance team are the subject of this thesis.
