Analysis On The Land Readjustment Under New Rural Construction

Following with the open door policy, the economy in China has developed at a high speed in both urban and rural. In the same period, the former structure fracture and material facilities in the wide rural can not fit the requirement of times any more, and with the formation of the Socialist market economy, the construction of rural will face more challenges. Therefore, some efficient land readjustment work should be carried out quickly. The real meaning of land readjustment is realizing the prompt allocation of land resource, improving the basic facilities of agriculture, raising the availability of land, realizing the dynamic balance of land, ensuring the sustainable utilizes of land resource, and promoting the sustainable development of economy, ecology and society.
