| Quality control and management of large-scale building project is very complex and troublesome because of its large scale, huge investment, complex technology and numerous participators etc. As everyone knows that the building owner is the main party of investment and liabilities of construction project, it manages and controls the project quality at any part and in all time. Thus, it is an important guarantee of excellent quality for the building owners to adopt effective manages method to control project quality.At first, this article analyzes the difference of quality management methods of the building owners at home and abroad. It posed that the project owners should work hard to improve their managing level combining with the practical situation of China to insure project quality. It also analyzes problems occurred in quality manage, and then, it puts forward main methods of quality control. The article emphasized the control contents in whole course of construction project, including phased control of project design, tendering and bidding, project construction, completion & check before acceptance as well as control of factors influencing quality.At last, taking the office building of road bureau as an example, the article discussed how the building owners control project quality by applying related knowledge of project quality management in detail, and established a whole practical system of quality control management. It emphasized the construction of"teamwork"and the recognition of"human being". Human is the main body of each project and guarantee of the quality. This article will be used for reference and be helpful to those managers from building owners in project quality manage. |
