Risk management is an important part of the project management, and it is a systematical process to identify, evaluate and control the project risk. In this thesis, some main characteristics of the renovating and alternating projects on the offshore platform are analyzed from the view of the functional project organization management based on project risk management theory, the risk identifies and elusion about the renovating and alternating projects on the offshore platform are explored. Three aspects are included as follows: Firstly, the organization characteristics and the scope of the applicability about the renovating and alternating projects on the offshore platform. Secondly, the main risk of the renovating and alternating projects on the offshore platform are identified by semi quantitative TRA risk analysis, and some steps of controlling these high-level risks are presented . Thirdly, the implement background and the risk management problems about the project which is to supply power from LD oil-field to SZ36-1 oil-field are analyzed based on previous discussion, and some achievable control steps are put forward.The purpose of this research is to provide some references for the managers who manage the renovating and alternating projects on the offshore platform through finding out the main risks and the elusion step of the renovating and alternating projects on the offshore platform in connection with their characteristics of high risk. |
