| Vehicle value-added logistics is the sign of the modernization of automobile harbor logistics. Also value-added logistics belongs to the third part logistics, it is different from the traditional logistic form. Vehicle value-added logistics is conceptually between processing in circulation and contract manufacturing from the view of value added manufacturing of circulation product, and it has the unique logistics value added functions in the international vehicle logistics chain. The vehicle value-added logistics for automobile harbor therefore emerged as the times require. In this thesis, the development future of vehicle value-added logistics for automobile harbor is firstly discussed based on the combination of the developing automobile market and traditional advantage of harbor logistics in China. Then the optimized business mode and the development direction of vehicle value-added logistics for automobile harbor are analyzed. The related policy methods to support the development of the vehicle value-added logistics in harbor is also discussed. Later, the requirements for the capabilities of management and technologies of automobile harbor are analyzed for creation of vehicle value-added logistics . Finally, financial analysis is carried on creation of vehicle value-added logistics for automobile harbor in several years by application of Dupont financial comprehensive analysis model. |
