The Research Of Lean Management Localization Application-Based On The Case Of A Company

With the development of global economy and technoloty, the traditional management model increasingly harsh challenges. Many multi-national enterprises invites idea and tools of lean management in order to reduce operating costs, improve operational processes, enhance efficiency and continuous innovation for the company.Based on the study of foreign and domestic monographs and papers of lean management, this article summarizes the essence of lean management and its localization achievements. Then it focuses on the process of global lean management implementation in A Company as well as its lean management localization experiment and discuss their problems and achievements. Based on the case, this article conclude that people is the core of lean management, and organizational change plays key role in lean management localization process.This article puts forward the prioritization scheme for A Comany based on summarized theory of lean management. Finally, this article give its own point views to supplement the defect of the current lean management localization theory and then look into the future of it.
