The professional training industry in China is growing dramatically these years. We will first introduce the evolution progress of the industry as well as the opportunities and threats in the macro environment, and then describe the current status of the industry and the expanding trend. Following that, the niche market SCMS stays will be explained in detail. At the same time, opinions about potential impact caused by American financial crisis will be also raised.Secondly, we will analyze the strengths and the weakness of SCMC internally. Comparing with the analysis of competitors, we will define the target market of SCMC and the market position of its products.Thirdly, we contrastively analyze the normal four sales models used in professional training industry. Due to the current market SCMC is in and the resource SCMC currently owns, SCMC mainly uses the counselor sales model. And we will emphasize describing the differentiation of sales model SCMS is taking, which is the combination of profitable and non-profitable sales tactics.Finally, we will prove the rationality of the counselor sales model of SCMC which is the right direction of company development. At the meantime, we will also raise the potential problems and obstacles which we would probably meet during the execution. In order to survive from the intense competition, the SME should utilize its unique capability according to the opportunity in the market, positioning itself and its product well and applying suitable methods.Based on above analysis, we will be more confident about the sales model of SCMC. The future of the company is also prospected at the end of the paper.
