With rapid development of technology,internet and information,the competition of enterprises is growing continually fierce,which focus on talents.Enterprises can win temporarily in the fierce competition as long as intelligent talents are willing to work for them.As an important model of enterprises human resources,training management has broken through its traditional meaning and become a necessary method of developing human resources.More and more enterprises attach important to it.For the foreign enterprises which share Chinese markets,salesman,playing a tremendous role in enterprise operation and management,develop their potentiality and knowledge,which is key to winning the opportunities,building the core competitive power,and promoting achievements.Based on this,the topic of this thesis concentrates on enterprise culture,organizational strategies,position demands and training systems of personal development gradually.Taking salesmen for examples,the thesis takes advantage of competency model to optimize the present training system.Above all,make use of training theories,investigate the training and analyze the present conditions of salesmen.Then,construct the hierarchical competency model of sale positions by designing and polishing the blue print.At last,use the competency making model,point out position-relevant training demands,work and personal analysis.Then,come up with new training plans,evaluate the effects of training by a series of measures to put into operation successfully.The competency making model,which plays an important part in optimizing the training systems of TC company,provides more accurate models with the company training.To some extent,the optimized blue print levels up the knowledge and technology of salesmen,promotes their achievements,lowers the dilemma of company,and enhances the sense of belonging and team cohesiveness,pushes the win-win development between the company and the employees further.
