Talent is an important factor to show the innovation vitality and sustainability of an enterprise,and a key force to affect the short-term performance level and long-term stable development of an enterprise.Especially with the rapid development of a knowledge-based society,the unique value of talent becomes more and more prominent.If Hg chemical sales company wants to gain a first mover advantage in the fierce market competition,it must strive to build a team of high-quality professional talents.Hg chemical sales company,as a chemical sales company with many years of development,most of the on-the-job employees are the old employees dispatched by the group,and there is only one business site in Dalian.In view of the current situation,the most important problem of the company is to cultivate the working ability of employees and constantly improve the quality of employees to meet the sustainable and healthy development of the company.Based on this,this paper takes Hg chemical sales company as a sample,combined with staff training theory and training management theory,using literature research,questionnaire survey and other methods to design and study the training program of Hg chemical sales company.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation of training at different levels,the main problems of Hg chemical sales company's current training are obtained,and the causes of the problems are analyzed.According to the existing problems,the paper puts forward four improvement countermeasures,including clarifying the training needs,improving the training program,improving the implementation of the training program and improving the evaluation mechanism of employee training results.At last,the paper expounds the guarantee measures of Hg chemical sales company's staff training program from the aspects of organization and personnel,system,finance and culture.Through a series of investigation and research,this paper finally finds out the problems in training management of Hg chemical sales company,puts forward the improvement countermeasures and guarantee measures of training management,so as to better improve its training management level,and also provides reference for other chemical sales enterprises in the same development stage to build training system.
