RS is a wholly foreign-owned sales company for hearing aids and hearing aid equipments. RS is taking care of the development of the rehabilitation of disabled persons, and focus on the China domestic market.The income of RS is mainly from product sale, so the inchoate performance management is for sales team instead of non-sales team which with some simply performance appraisal indicators. With the continual development and drastically market competition, the shortcoming of the disregard of non-sales team performance management is shown, resulting in the decline in profits. Therefore, RS studied the status quo and re-formulated strategy for the next five years, and established non-sales team performance management systems based on a performance management tool called Balanced Score CardThrough the four areas of BSC: financial, customer, internal processes and learning & growing, RS divided the company strategic goals into various non-sales department's performance management indicators, further decomposed into the individual employees for the performance indicators. So the company's strategy was understood by all staffs step by step. And all non-sales staffs were mobilized by the continuous communication, then worked together with sales team to improved their abilities and to commit to the achievement of company strategic planning and vision.This paper introduces the main content of the performance management, focusing on the Balance Score Card, and explained the process & the fulfillment of non-sales team performance management system.
