For China Mobile, with the rapid growth of3G full service, from “mobilecommunication expert” to “mobile information expert” transformation, to keep thecompetitive advantage in a situation of tripartite confrontation situation, to achievesustainable development of healthy and stable, not only needs to maintain capital,equipment, technology and other aspects of the competitive advantage, more needs tomaintain the stability of the enterprise talent competition, the significance of humanresources management is more and more prominent; performance management is thecore part of human resource management, has become a powerful means to enhance thecore competitiveness of enterprises, has received increasing attention in the enterprisemanagement. A company is a branch of the China Mobile, with the expansion of scaleof operation and the growth of the organization, also needs to optimize and improve theemployee performance management, and to deepen the enterprise human resourcesmanagement.Through questionnaires and interviews on the performance management system ofA company, found that there are still some problems in performance management of Acompany: performance index set, decomposition of lack of scientific, effectiveperformance management system, the lack of overall, no effective use of evaluationresults. In order to solve these problems, in-depth understanding of cognitive andsuggestions on the existing performance management system of A company, problemsand causes of performance management of A company and need to be improved. Inorder to solve the existing problems of A company, the original performancemanagement system has improved and perfected, the improved performancemanagement system will be the strategic objectives of the company gradually down toevery level, to promote the realization of the strategic objectives of the company.
