With the stiff competition in Relay market in recent years, H Compnay is facing severe challenges both inside self-development and outside environment. Can the enterprise survive and develop in the stiff competition? The answer will be yes if the business activities of the enterprise adapt to the change of outside environment and make right response in active way. Therefore, the most urgent thing for H company to do is to adjust the development strategies, define the proper development direction and adapt the development changes. Thus, H company can realize the goals of continuous delevelopment and maximizing the profit of the enterprise in long term.In the paper, the writer try to research the strategic problem of the enterprises through the study of Xiamen H Company, and pursuit the developing road of the company. The paper is consisted as follows:Charpter one: Internal environment analyzing of H company. Major contents include the company's developing history, its internal environment analyzing and the problems it faces now.Charpter two: External environment analyzing of H company. This chapter includes introduction of the macro economic circumstances and the current situation of China's relay industry, analysis of the industry competition environment, and the main competitors status.Charpter three: SWOT analysis and strategy solution of H company.It firstly analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the company, the opportunities and threats it faces, evaluates the company's competence by SWOT theory, then analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of all kinds of development strategy, finally brings out the company's development strategy solution.Charpter four: Strategy implementation and suggestion of H company. In this part, it brings out the research and development strategy, the human resources strategy,the marketing strategy, the production and operation strategy based on the practical situation of H company and the relay industry.Charpter five: Conclusion. It draws a conclusion and points out the weakness and the field of research in the future.Through the strategic study of H Company, the suggestion on development strategy is to continue to develop and strengthen the relay business and build up an international relay brand and a large state enterprise with strong competition ability.
