The industrial ecology theory was born in the beginning of 1990s.It was a response to the inereasing pressure of environmental pollution.After nearly 20years development.It has already became an independent discipline system,more ever in volved the economic,the management science,newmaterial study and other discipline do main interdisciplinary studies,and it playing a more and more important role in the humanity production praetice process.While,in the last few years,too much attention had been paid to industrial own internal coordination,coexistence,but about the interior which cintained to these industry activities have invelved actually very few.Since humans creativity.Coodinative and social relations copplexity,the industrial ecology can never be a-process which complete spontaneously.Its an inevitable result of social factors affect,which even playing a decisive role in the indutrial ecology shaping.In other words,the industrial ecology is net merely an industial phenmenon,but even a social culture phenomenon.This article first eco-industrial concept of the basic definition of eco-industry and then the whole process is divided into eco-industrial design, industrial ecology and eco-industry and the implementation of the results of the three stages of evaluation, and at every stage of the social factors The role of specific detail the process of consideration, the eco-industrial demonstration of the entire process of social factors are permeated with great effect.On this basis, were selected economic, institutional, cultural and social environment organization in the four variables and a detailed analysis of each variable on the eco-industry to achieve specific effects.
