In recent years,with the development of social economy and medical and health standards,the life expectancy of the population has gradually increased,and the problem of social aging has become more prominent,and related issues of the elderly have attracted much attention.Retired teachers in colleges and universities are a group with a higher level of knowledge among the elderly.Because of the particularity of their work,their physical health and physical exercise status also show certain group characteristics,which has certain practical significance for the study of related issues.Research is based on social ecology theory,ased on the theory of social ecology,the research selected some retired teachers from three representative universities in Ganzhou City,including Gannan Normal University,Gannan Medical College,and Jiangxi University of Science and Technology,as the survey subjects.Using literature,questionnaires and other methods,the investigation and understanding The sociological characteristics and physical exercise behavior characteristics of retired teachers in three colleges and universities,analyze the social ecological elements that affect their participation in physical exercise,sort out the main "social ecological problems" in physical exercise of retired teachers in three colleges,and address the existing The main issues put forward corresponding improvement measures to provide a valuable reference for the formation of a better physical exercise ecology for retired teachers in Ganzhou colleges and universities in the future.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The group of retired teachers in Ganzhou colleges and universities shows that there are more female retired teachers than male retired teachers.The education level is mainly undergraduate and the professional title is relatively high.In terms of living conditions,they mainly live with their spouses,and the activities in their leisure time are relatively rich.And other sociological characteristics.2.The physical exercise behavior of retired teachers in Ganzhou colleges and universities shows the characteristics of high exercise frequency and long time in time,and exercise mainly occurs in the morning;in spatial characteristics,there are characteristics such as concentrated area and public activity space;in terms of project content,Mainly take walks,jogging,ball games,and dance;the characteristics of exercise motivation are mainly to strengthen the body,prevent diseases,and increase social interaction;the consumption expenditure for physical exercise is to purchase sportswear and sports equipment Mainly for physical consumption.3.Based on the perspective of social ecology,among the individual elements that affect the physical exercise behavior of retired teachers in Ganzhou colleges and universities,the choice of exercise behavior has a certain correlation with gender,age,and physical condition;among the interpersonal elements,they come from family,colleagues,and peers.Such social support is significantly related to the physical behavior of retired teachers;among the natural environmental factors,weather factors affect the choice of physical exercise venues and items,geographic factors affect exercise frequency,seasonal factors and atmospheric environment will reduce the ability to continue sports participation;in the community Among the elements,the surrounding environment near the school and the popularity and accessibility of sports infrastructure construction have a direct impact on the participation of retired teachers in physical exercise;among the institutional elements,the degree of organization of sports activities such as universities,clubs,and associations,and social sports Instructors have a certain relevance to sports participation behavior;among the policy factors,policy is the most remote level of the social ecology model,and its influence on the sports participation behavior of the elderly is greater than that of the near-end individual level,interpersonal level and other factors.Bigger.4.Based on the perspective of social ecology,the main problems existing in the physical exercise of retired teachers in Ganzhou colleges and universities are that the construction of venues and facilities suitable for physical exercise of the elderly in colleges teachers,social instructors,student volunteers and other personnel to strengthen the assistance and guidance of physical exercise for the elderly;neighborhood committees,elderly associations,and
