Based on the relevant principles and methods of performance appraisal, comprehensive and in-depth analysis is made to the staff performance appraisal system of Jining East Holy Land Human Resource Development Co., LTD. The successful experience and existing problems of the company's performance appraisal are summarized. At the same time, a programme which is fairly consistent with the company's actual situation for the employee performance appraisal system improvement is put forward.Starting with construction and control of the staff performance appraisal system of East Holy Land Company, this paper aims to build a new highly efficient and suitable staff employee performance appraisal system for the company to improve the existing one. In the process of improving the employee performance appraisal system, a number of new methods to solve the problem and new ways of thinking are proposed. For example, a new appraisal model - MP4 Model (Mission and Public, Profic, Process, Potentiality) is constructed using the relevant theories of Balanced Scorecard. KPI Method is applied to the design of specific performance indexes. In view of the company's strategic and mission, 4P dimension grading extraction method is used to extract the key performance indexes. Through setting up the performance evaluation indexes from the angel of combining working performance, attitude and the ability, effectively avoids the limitation of single and unscientific performance evaluation index. In addition, the performance appraisal index proportion, appraisal cycles, appraisal main body confirmation, design of the performance appraisal points chart and the process are fully discussed in this paper.This paper clarifies not only the related tache of employee performance appraisal system design, but also the security measures of how to implement the improved performance appraisal system of the company. So this system is viable and integrated. Proposals of further refinement of the performance appraisal system in the process of application is advanced as well.In conclusion, through research in the existing staff performance appraisal system of Jining East Holy Land Human Resource Development Co., LTD., this paper not only puts forward a new set of a feasible employee performance appraisal system, but also provides reference for other similar companies to build employee performance appraisal system.
