Analysis And Project Design Of Problem Of Quality And Cost Management About Construction Enterprise

For the construction enterprises, the quality cost is the showing of its quality applicability and economy. To apply quality cost management is an important way to ensure project quality and improve economic efficiency.This paper introduces the idea of quality economic, applies theory to reality and uses the way of field research. Considering the basic theory and characteristics of the construction enterprise the paper analyses the status and problems of construction enterprise'quality cost management, from which the paper concludes that the construction enterprises have strong sense of belonging, high enthusiasm of implementations and proper developing foundation towards quality cost management. And design a proper quality cost management plan for"Zhongcheng Group"in order to allow the enterprise implement efficient quality cost management according to its own characteristic. Then greatly reduce the costs, and foster a model for the construction enterprise'implementation of quality cost management.The discuss on the issue of construction enterprise'implementation of quality cost management is an indubitable good news for the companies which take quality cost management for a short time, take uneven development, and have many problems on cost management quality. The strategy and plan raised in the paper is also meaningful towards the enterprises which is about to implement this management. At the same time, the research methods expand the use of its relevant theory and knowledge. Also it provides examples for their application in the practice and research. To try to carry out construction enterprise quality cost management issues Empirical Study, will encourage enterprises to improve it's effectiveness and long-term development, so that enterprises in production and business activities to lower their costs, improve their efficiency, and have important referenced significance in realizing the "high-quality, low-cost" strategy.
