Cost Management Research On Construction Of The Fiber To The Building

The market economy system is gradually established and more perfect,construction enterprise in construction management,is carrying out project management. Quality,schedule,cost management is the three major constraint goal of the whole construction project management,only three of the best combination will to achieve the social benefit and enterprise efficiency unification,can achieve high quality,pace,low cost objectives. This paper,from the construction project cost management perspective,through the specific case of the construction of the project,according to the cost estimation,earned value management analysis of the cost control of research,control the ultimate goal of the project schedule on the basis of cost control. Based on the main existing problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.cost management is an important part of the project management,plays a key role,and progress management plays a decisive role to the quality of the construction and the cost.
