Research On The Actual State And Countermeasures Of Using Foreign Investment In Hebei Province

In recent years,the scale of using foreign investment is greatly increased in China. It has become a very important force to promote China's economy development. It has also forced the development of Hebei Province. We review the course of using foreign investment in Hebei, and analysis it's society and economy benefit qualitatively and quantitatively in this paper. Based on the deep analysis of the foreign investment structure, the problems in using foreign investment is put forward, such as the foreign investment scale is small, the investment environment is not satisfied, the structure is not reasonable enough, etc. Using SWOT, we identify the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of using foreign investment in Hebei. Based on this, we put forward some stratagems and countermeasures. In this paper, it is especially pointed out that, we must strengthen the examination and approval of the foreign investment projects, to improve the structure of foreign investment and it's quality and effectiveness.
