Management training is a training category, it refers to the training activity which aims at the managers and management knowledge and skills as the main content of training activities.With the fast development of economic and the intensification of global competition, Management training in China has become a vibrant sunrise industry. However, There are certain issues in management training marketing, such as the neglect of consumer's real need, and the neglect of setting a management of the training market image and branding. Moreover, we also need to pay more attention to the marketing and sales strategies, because it is lack of systematic research and innovative thinking.This article first review the development of management training and summary the mean forms of management training as well as the need for the components of reasons summarized through adult education theory and the evolution of the management theory of the development of management training.Then author analyst the management training and development of the concept of the status quo, fully explain the connotation of management training through the management of personnel training system model, management training methods, management training at this stage development issues. Based on the characteristics of a comprehensive management training, in-depth understanding of marketing management training at this stage to the profit mode analysis.Research on management training in marketing strategy, author conduct a comprehensive and detailed study from the macro environment analysis, the development of strategic analysis, the combination of innovative marketing strategies. The innovation lies in this paper is close connection of management training marketing and brand, differences and innovative marketing mix.
