| With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology,enterprises around the world are closely linked as an organic whole,completing and affecting each other.Because of the rapid global economic environment change,many well-known multinational companies extend their own resources to outside the environment;make full use of limited resources on its core business in the production and operation management.That Change management strategy is based on a good suppliers' cooperative partnerships environment.Thus,establishment and maintenance of suppliers' cooperative partnerships have become the key.However,for various reasons,there are still large gaps for domestic enterprises compared to well-known multinational companies.As a result,in the global competition,domestic enterprises may be at a disadvantage in the long run.Therefore,we should conduct an in-depth study and exploration for the practical problems of domestic enterprises for establishment and maintenance of suppliers' cooperative partnerships.The study firstly sorted out the relevant theory about suppliers' cooperative partnerships,made a clear definition and evolution for suppliers' cooperative partnerships,did in-depth exploration into the intrinsic value for establishment and maintenance of suppliers' cooperative partnerships,did the analysis from the theoretical level and practical level.Then,the study did a systematic study for establishment and maintenance of suppliers' cooperative partnerships,designed a key management system,summed up the suppliers evaluation system, constructed the evaluation model.Finally,the study did an application analysis for company B,combination of management system elements, put forward suggestions of improvement for management of the company's non-productive purchasing department.In this paper,the structure is following.The first chapter discussed the topics of the background and significance of topics,defined the scope of the study,did the description of research ideas and designed of the framework and research methods.Chapterâ…¡,research from the suppliers' cooperative relationships management to expanding cooperative partnerships research,inducted the definition of suppliers' cooperative relationships,comprehensive understood the evolution of suppliers' cooperative relationships,from the perspective theory of economic,the relationship,open systems and technical innovation,discussed the intrinsic value of establishment and maintenance of supplier partnerships,sorted out the relevant theory about suppliers' cooperative partnerships,did the analysis from the theoretical level and practical level.Chapterâ…¢and Chapterâ…£is the key of this study,did a systematic study for establishment and maintenance of suppliers' cooperative partnerships.In the Chapterâ…¢,management system has been designed which contains three levels of the basic processes for establishment of relationships and the basic elements of the five areas for maintenance of relationships.Chapterâ…£summed up the suppliers evaluation system, constructed the evaluation model.In Chapterâ…¤,the study did an application analysis for company B, did the combination of management system elements,put forward suggestions of improvement for management of the company's non-productive purchasing department.Chapterâ…¥summarized the conclusions,lacks and innovation of this study. |
