The Study On The Industry Development In The Towns Construct Of Heng Yang City

In this paper, it is empirically analysed the effect of the increase of the peasents' income by agricultural industrialization in Yiyang City from 2000 to 2008.The results showed that speeding up the industrialization of agriculture improved the real income of peasants, but in the process of promoting the industrialization of agriculture, farmers' income in the production, sales, circulation or pre-production, post-natal, and other links are different. Peasants only got a relatively high income in the sales links, while the vast majority of the income in the production, circulation links was seized by specialized cooperative economic organizations or agricultural industrialization leading enterprises. After agricultural development has entered a new stage, our country adopts agricultural industrialization as an important way to increase income of farmers. However, to promote agricultural industrialization are still constrained by environmental policy, operational mechanism, internal management and so on. We must take innovative mechanisms to increase agricultural industrialization level of the organization; to improve internal management and standardize rural specialized cooperative economic organizations of development; to strengthen the integration of resources, to expand the scale of enterprises; to associate the interests of the farmers; to play a key role of the lead; to strengthen the standardization process and implement the sustainable development of agriculture and enterprises; to adjust marketing ideas and promote market-oriented corporate culture; to speed up the transformation of government functions and foster a sense of service and other measures to speed up the growth of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and promote the rapid development of industrialization of agriculture, and earnestly raise the income of the farmers.
