Research On Staff Training System Of Shizuishan Power Supply Company In Ningxia Based On Competency Model

With the development of economy and society, power companies struggling during the transition, personnel structure has undergone significant changes. How to cultivate the talent needed development process, how to play an active role in terms of talent power companies try to do a lot of training of the units are increasingly subject to the attention of human resources has become an important part of the work. Because of the large electric power business organization, relatively heavy traces of the planned economy, management thinking and training tools lagged behind business needs, resulting in a lot of human resource training programs difficult to implement, or the training effect is not satisfactory. This brings new challenges for the researchers and research space, designed to meet the power needs of enterprise development training system, so that businesses, employees and promote each other and improve each other. In recent years, research competency model in the field of management become a hot topic, a lot of research on the application of human resources, psychology, education and other disciplines, this study is a combination of actual power companies, power companies and training to conduct in-depth research, on the basis of competence theory, employees of power companies competency analysis, applied to the training work, to make the training efficient, scientific, and further enhance the overall quality of staff to meet the needs of enterprise development. Currently, training and research competency model based on large-scale electric power companies do not carry out, therefore, it is necessary competency model based staff training system to conduct studies on.In this study, the research status quo at home and abroad competence theory and human resource training studies reviewed, some of the basic concepts of competence and training to define, on the basis of research conducted by the definition of competency-based training.
