A Study On Structure And Distribution Optimizing Of City And Countryside Land-use

Optimizing the structure & distribution of city and countryside land-use is the objective need of overall arragement of development of town and country,and an important way to save and intensive the utilization of the land resource, and it is also the necessary need to implement the Scientific View of Development in all round. This investigation was supported by the new land-use planning with Jiahe county, Hunan province. Based on the data of domestic economy and land-use situation, the structure & distribution optimizing of city and countryside land-use were studied from 2005 to 2020, using relevant economic analysis methods, statistic analysis method, tendency forecast method, and linear regressive analysis method and MAPGIS analysis software was used to study the portable land structure and distribution of Jiahe town and country, in order to provide scientific suggestion and technical support for the overall organization of land utilization and implementation of land policy. Results from this investigation as follow:(1) Getting the theory basement, influential factors and following principle of utilizing portable land structre and proper distribution in town and country, also providing the utilization thinking and method.(2) Making clear the situation and problem of portable land structure and distribution in Jiahe county. Because of the land supply and demand contradiction, rough management, improper distribution, "hollow village" phenomenon, portable earth disconnection in town and contry, and so on.(3) Forecasting the population scale, city level and scope of portable land in urban area of Jiahe from 2010 to 2020. it calculates that the above three index will reach to 362.8 thousand, 45% and 6200.64 hectare by 2010, and 385.3 thousand, 55%, 6968.46 hectare by 2020.(4) Providing the program of utilizing portable land distribution in urban area. Implenting " one point, two line, four area" dot- axle development strategy. Forming " one axis, two center, several group" space distribution structre.
