It is a urgent issue need to be resolved in the interactive development of the manufacturing and logistics industry that.how to scientifically and accurately analyze and evaluate the performance of logistics services.In this article,based on the present situation of automobile manufacturing and logistics development in Liuzhou is analysed, and further carried out exploratory research about logistics achievements appraisal from the external (customer) and internal point of view of both logistics performance evaluation,.According to the automotive industry logistics complexity and professionalism, establishes the performance evaluating system of logistics, it fit the characteristics of third-party logistics in the automobile manufacturing industry.Do empirical analysis for third-party logistics in Liuzhou automobile industry as an example. This article is divided into four parts:Chapter 1: review of study on logistics performance evaluation.About "logistics" of this concept, different countries and regions, different agencies have different definitions of their services, logistics functional connotation experienced different periods of time on stage of development. In the 20th century,it was introduced into the field of commercial at the end of the 50's,the idea is a marketing-oriented traditional logistics. After 1986,the American Logistics Association of the logistics re-definition of traditional logistics to the extension and add two new meaning with the meaning of modern logistics; Our country begin to define the concept of logistics from the 80's in the 20th century,.The concept of third-party logistics, appear in the developed countries,for example Europe and the United States,the logistics services provide a new business model in the 80's in the 20th century.Because of the multifaceted nature of logistics activities, complexity of it's process , diversity of it's formation. The logistics performance evaluation is not easy to be quantified.For the purpose of customer needs.To make objective, fair and correct evaluation.for the logistics business process activity and its results of logistics suppliers at a certain period of time,appling appropriate methods, using indicator system and set standards, in accordance with certain procedures, through quantitative and Qualitative analysis. Thus, to identify it's development of the logistics business strengths and weaknesses. To detect it's omissions, defects and deficiencies in the process of logistics systems, so that effectivly monitoring,the cost of logistics systems, service level, logistics operation. To improve the logistics enterprise management, reduce costs, improve logistics efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, enhance corporate image by evaluating the performance of logistics management.At present, the theoretical research on logistics performance evaluation focused on two aspects: Selecting logistics performance evaluation endicator and logistics performance evaluation method. Did not form a systematic, comprehensive evaluation index system of logistics performance,in the process of establishing a system of logistics performance evaluation,and focused on theoretical research, empirical studies carried out less.Chapter 2: the development of third-party logistics in Liuzhou automobile industry .The development of Liuzhou automobile industry. In order to adapt to the new situation about national auto industry. Four vehicle manufacturers in Liuzhou have been restructured by other joint enterprise with some advantages.The automobile industry in Liuzhou forcefully occupied the Chinese auto market with Its unique mode of development. It can be said that automobile industry is the industry representatives in Liuzhou,a batch of automobile components production enterprises plant supporting system for the formation of close collaboration with those vehicle and engine plants. The development and problem about the third-party logistics in Liuzhou automobile industry.The third-party logistics development in Liuzhou automotive industry is in line with national policy-oriented,it is conducive to enhance the core of automobile and parts manufacturers competitive market competitiveness. It is the requirements of the development of the local automotive industry . It has a certain geographical and industrial advantages at the development of modern logistics industry. It has logistics infrastructure supporting the automobile industry development. Automobile and parts manufacturers are outsourcing the original "self-logistics" in Liuzhou. The development of third-party logistics is dominant form for automobile manufacturing logistics in the future,but it exist many problems about the development process of the third-party logistics in automobile manufacturing industry, the problem about the third-party logistics performance evaluation of automobile manufacturing in Liuzhou is extremely acute problem.Chapter 3: establish performance evaluation Index system of the third-party logistics in Liu zhou automobile manufacturing .To establish performance evaluation indicator system of the third-party logistics should follow some basic guidelines: comprehensiveness, economic , a combination of quantitative and qualitative , dynamic long-term, practical , can be interoperability at the actual job for Logistics Performance Evaluation.Two angles and positions about performance evaluation in the third-part auto logistics enterprise is considered by analyzing the properties of the third part auto logistics enterprise and its customer service requirements for the development situation and existing problems in the third party automobile logistics enterprises One is the enterprise's own point of third-party logistics performance evaluation. In the automotive manufacturing and logistics companies, many different areas of expertise and experienced technical experts, technical experts understanding management and financial experts understanding management know the extent of deep-to-business, and it's ease to convergence views.
