Under the knowledge economy environment,the decision to the team's competitive status's primary factor already transformed gradually from the visible real asset and the monetary assets to the invisible knowledge essential factor. It has been proved that the knowledge management has the tremendous promotion effect on organization's development and the operation. The present information technology particularly the rapid development of computer and Communication technology, has provided the technical conditions for the virtual team's production ,The communication medias on Internet, intranet, extranet, mobile phone, email, voice mail, group system and video frequency conference have subverted the traditional exchange form, It was no longer exchange form of face-to-face, this kind of virtual environment fundamentally changed the existing work form, enabled the operation of virtual teams possible, This kind new knowledge team which surmounted local, cultural, the organization and the high dependent network of function, mainly take the computer as the communication exchange's intermediary, the team members can have the mutual connection anytime and anywhere.The emerge of Virtual teams have their own superiority which are very different from the traditional teams: undertake duty flexible, the technical sophistication, operational flexibility , highly effective on research and development product, tand sharing the proceeds of the share, the team member hierarchical, the connotation multiplicity, the long-term study characteristic as well as the achievement inheritance. Virtual teams'these characteristics cause the knowledge management of Virtual team operation process distinguish from the traditional teams.Recently, It has already became a trend of development how to improve the knowledge management level of Virtual teams and the enhance Virtual teams'competitive advantage. research It has been receives highly attention of the Virtual teams, This article which conducts relevant research is based on this such background. The article contents are as follows:The first chapter introduced the research background of knowledge management under the Virtual teams, through literature review of related research studies, has carried on the elaboration to the research's goal and the significance of Virtual team's knowledge management.The second chapter has analyzed the concept definition of the Virtual teams and knowledge management, has discussed competitive advantage of the new team and the step of Virtual construction and management. The summary defined the knowledge management active contents of Virtual teams.The third chapter based on the foundation of construction Virtual team's knowledge sharing gambling models, explained each kind of influencing factor, analyze three levels from macroscopic, the intermediate perspective to the microscopic, proposed including the social macroscopic factor, the team Underlying tissues factor and team member individual factors. Proposed the Virtual team member's knowledge ability function model, has established knowledge management influencing factor model of the Virtual teams.The fourth chapter has analyzed the knowledge management operational flow of Virtual team, constructed the Virtual team's operational mechanism model based on this, divides into the knowledge excavation and gathering mechanism, the memory and the organization mechanism, sharing and the shift mechanism as well as the absorption innovation mechanism.The fifth chapter in the view of the knowledge management existence's risk of Virtual team, proposed three points corresponding countermeasures: The team members effective communicate mechanism, the effective trust mechanism and set up Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO).
