With the information technology era, the rapid development of high-tech enterprises, but the rapid momentum of progress is also accompanied by many problems, with the the strengthening of competition internationalization trend in the talent market, the flow of talent become internationalization ,in recent years, it is a very serious of brain drain phenomenon in China's high-tech enterprises. Voluntary Turnover directly affect the stability of the talent in an organization,thus increase the cost on human resources. The actual quit of a job comes from the turnover intention, which related closely with employee's satisfaction rate. 80% of staff members and even more are knowledge employees in High-tech enterprises, compared with the general staff, they pay more attention to personal growth, and high-tech enterprise have the characteristics of rapid technological developments and changes, training plays a very important role in the high-tech enterprises, so training satisfaction become an important component of employee's satisfaction in a high-tech enterprises ,and can importantly affect employee's turnover intention. To understand the influnce of trainting satisfaction on turnover intention,will help us formulates the corresponding training system, better retain the talent needed by the enterprises, and increase the competitiveness.At present, it stops at a surficial extent on the rearch on the relationship between training satisfaction and turnover intention, so this paper will treat knowledge employees in high-tech enterprise as research staff, through in-depth, standardized and scientific theoretical analysis and empirical methods ,To try to identify employee's turnover intention, The paper has established a theoretical model on the relation between training satisfaction and turnover intention. The model is on the basis of the theory of employee's turnover intention, and treats job satisfaction and organizational commitment as the media variables, to explore the influnce of training satisfaction on turnover intention , according to the model, this study proposed the following six assumptions:H1: Job satisfaction has significant positive impact on organizational commitment;H2: Job satisfaction has a significant negative impact on turnover intention;H3: Organizational commitment has a significant negative impact on turnover intention; H4: Training satisfaction has a significant negative impact on turnover intention; H5: Training satisfaction has significant positive impact on organizational commitment;H6: Training satisfaction has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction .Owing to study this particular group about knowledge employees in the high-tech enterprise ,so through the interview way amended some item of training satisfaction scal based on the previous scholars'scale, job satisfaction scale,rganizational commitment and turnover intention scale used are more mature at home and abroad, so didnot change in item. A survey has been carried out in seven different cities ten high-tech enterprise:Changchun, Shenyang, Dalian, Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Beijing,In this way, this paper pool 203 samples , through statistical analysis on survey data, reached the following conclusions:(1)Carried out reliability and validity testing on the four scale by SPSS and AMOS software ,The testing results shows that each scale has a very good reliability and validity, and carried out exploratory factor analysis on training satisfaction scale, five factors extracted, and named for the training opportunities, training settings, training effectiveness , leadership support and training incentives, and then carried out stepwise regression analysis on the five factors and overall training satisfaction, according to the results of regression analysis, the five factors have a significant impact on overall training satisfaction . In accordance with the impact extent ordering : training effectiveness, training opportunities, training incentives, training settings and leadership support.(2)Carried out correlation and partial correlation analysis on variables in the model , reached the conclusions: Job satisfaction has no direct impact on turnover intention, and it has an indirect impact on turnover intention by organizational commitment . Training satisfaction has no direct impact on turnover intention,so H2 and H4 was not holded, thus the model of this study was amended and no significant path was deleted.(3)Carried out regression analysis on variables in model amended , the results showed that Training satisfaction have a direct positive impact on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment. In other words, if training satisfaction will be higher for knowledg employees provided by high-tech enterprises, job satisfaction and organizational commitment will be higher, that is,employee's awareness and a sense of belonging will be higher.(4) Although training satisfaction has no direct impact on employee's turnover intention, but training satisfaction will affect indirecly turnover intention by job satisfaction and organizational commitment ,and the total effect is -0.256.Understanding the impact of training satisfaction on turnover intention, aims to retain talent. According to the survey results ,this paper suggest the following: analyze scientificly training needs, formulate normative and rational system of training, establish employee incentive mechanism ,and leadership should pay more attention to the employee training.
