Turnover study is an important problem in HRM. By selecting some representative members working in ShenYang city as investigation sample, this study collects the data concerning on influence factors of turnover intention. And then it develops a casual model of turnover intention, at length it conducts an empirical study on stuffs in high-tech enterprises.Basing on the turnover review, this research brings forward 8 individual factors hypotheses, the significant difference on gender, marriage situation, age, education level, years of work, salary and census register. Second, it carries on an exploratory study on the basis of case study and open-ended questionnaire, organization factors influencing turnover have been abstracted. Then, an employee behavior questionnaire has been introduced to carry out 405 employees' investigation.On the basis of the principles and techniques of psychometrics and statistics, this article collects data by interview and investigation questionnaire and analyze the data by SPSS 13.0. A few of multiple statistics such as factor analysis,variance analysis and correlations analysis are applied in the data analysis. The research conclusions are drawn as follows:The influence factors of turnover intention is consisted of six factors:career development prospects, corporation culture, salary and fairness, working pressures and interests, interpersonal relationships responsibility and autonomy. The employees' turnover intention is significant connected to the influence factors.There are significant differences in the influence factors of turnover intention under different employees' background variables.The influence factors of turnover intention are different in three kinds of employee, which are sales staff, technologist and managers. According to our discoveries, we put forward some suggestions in turnover management and employee retention at the end of this dissertation.
