Under the background of knowledge economy,the transformation from a large manufacturing country to an innovative one depends to a great extent on the development of high-tech enterprises.In the development of high-tech enterprises,employee play an important role in the organization and management of enterprises,technology innovation and achievements transformation.However,under the influence of organizational culture environment,compensation and other factors,the rate of employee turnover has been high,Improving job satisfaction and employee loyalty to the company and reducing employee turnover tendencies are an important task for the company.This paper takes the employees of Zhengzhou High-tech Enterprise as the research object,and takes the research results of satisfaction,loyalty and turnover intention as the guidance,proposes the assumption of the relationship between the three,and builds the work itself,working environment,career prospects,job income,role satisfaction.The dimension of employee satisfaction index system,the enterprise loyalty index system with the corporate image,corporate culture and personal and organizational relationship as the dimension.Through the data collected from the questionnaires of Zhengzhou high-tech enterprise employees,a structural equation model was established to verify the relationship between the three and analyze the main measurement indicators of each dimension.Through fuzzy mathematics theory,the quantitative evaluation of the turnover tendency degree of employees in Zhengzhou high-tech enterprises is carried out.Combined with the relationship path coefficient fitted by the structural equation model,find the main indicators affecting employee turnover tendency,and make corresponding suggestions for enterprises.The conclusions of this paper through structural equation modeling are as follows:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between employee satisfaction and loyalty in Zhengzhou high-tech enterprises.The higher the satisfaction,the higher the loyalty;(2)the employee loyalty is negatively correlated with the turnover intention,the higher the employee loyalty,the lower the corresponding turnover tendency;(3)the loyalty is satisfaction and separation There is no direct correlation between mediator variables in propensity,employee satisfaction and turnover intention.Satisfaction indirectly affects turnover intention by affecting loyalty.In this paper,through fuzzy evaluation of employee satisfaction,loyalty and turnover tendency,combined with structural equation model fitting the correlation analysis between indicators:(1)employee job satisfaction evaluation is barely satisfied,and the most important indicator of satisfaction is “Work income" and "work environment".(2)Employees' loyalty is high,and the “corporate image” and “corporate culture” in the evaluation indicators have a significant impact on them.(3)The turnover intention of high-tech enterprise employees is high.Based on the research results,this paper proposes six suggestions for enterprises:(1)regularly detect employee satisfaction,loyalty and turnover intention changes;(2)reduce turnover intention and improve employee satisfaction;(3)improve employee income;(4)Improve the working environment;(5)focus on building corporate culture;(6)improve corporate image.
