Human resource management will help the progress of high-tech enterprises.At present,the competition of high-tech industry is essentially the competition of excellent talents.The professional quality and comprehensive technology of talents can directly promote the rapid development of high-tech industry.In the composition of employees in high-tech enterprises,the role of knowledge workers is very important.Because the core competitiveness of high-tech industry is its own technological and innovative capabilities,and knowledge workers can better promote the effective development of the above-mentioned work,and even the comprehensive professional quality of knowledge-based talents in some high-tech industries in the process of operation and development is directly reflected in the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises,so the managers of high-tech enterprises are trying to pass effective.Ways to achieve the scientific control of the turnover rate of knowledge workers.In recent years,the operation and development of A high-tech company has been very rapid,and knowledge workers have obviously helped to improve the competitiveness of A high-tech company.But at this stage,the important problem that troubles the managers of A high-tech company is the high turnover rate of knowledge workers.The loss of some key teams and key employees will even cause the stagnation of the whole high-tech project.Based on the above background,this paper will combine the current situation of knowledge-based employee turnover of A Hi-tech Company and the existing problems in employee turnover management,and put forward what ways A Hi-tech Company needs to achieve effective control of knowledge-based employee turnover,which will ultimately help the sustainable development of A Hi-tech Company.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,and takes the eurrent situation of employee turnover in high-teeh enterprises as an introduction to provide the necessary support for this research.The second chapter mainly introduces the related concepts and theories,including the knowledge-based employee relationship management and the related theory of employee turnover,which can be more theoretical basis of this paper.To guide the scientific development of this study;Chapter 3 analyses the current situation of the operation and development of A Hi-tech Company,puts forward the negative impact of the loss of knowledge-based employees in A Hi-tech Company at this stage,and introduces the reasons for the loss of knowledge-based employees through questionnaire survey;Chapter 4 puts forward the loss of knowledge-based employees in A Hi-tech Company from various perspectives.The reasons include the unreasonable performance appraisal indicators at the present stage,the lack of a scientific career promotion system and so on.Chapter 5 puts forward the control strategy of the loss of knowledge-based employees in A Hi-tech Company in view of the problems mentioned above,hoping to make the control system of knowledge-based employees in A Hi-tech Company be scientifically constructed;Chapter 6 puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects:In terms of strengthening information construction and building a good corporate culture,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures to control the loss of knowledge workers in A high-tech company.Chapter ? is the conclusion of this paper,which summarizes the research of this paper and puts forward the future research prospects.
