Currently, according to the six-phase model of information development theory by Nolan, the majority of Shenyang enterprises are in the stage of control and moving towards the phase of integration. Some enterprises have entered the phase of database management and even mature phase. Despite of the different paths, characterized by the priority given to effectiveness, wide application of networks and huge market potential, five classical models, namely, Shenyang Blower Works model, Shenyang Pharmaceutical Industrial Group model, Huitian Model, Haocheng Model and Radial Model. Meanwhile, the major problems in the development of Shenyang city enterprise information progress are analyzed.
