Study On Investment And Fianacing Mechanism Of Recycle Economy Of Guangdong Province

Guangdong Province has made great achievements in development of economic.But the substantial resources have been depleted and the ecological environment has being deteriorated,which restricts the sustainable development of Guangdong Province.Therefore, recycle economy is gradually accepted by Guangdong Government,the theoretical circles and the practice areas.But the recycle economy can't develop without the support of system, policy and financial mechanism.With the development of economy and society,finance becomes more and more important in the socio-economic system.Especially,the development of recycle economy needs the support of a sound investment and financing mechanism.This paper analyzes the total amount,structure,efficiency and channels of investment and financing of Guangdong Province's recycle economy,and uses the model of "environmental protection investment priority growth" to test the investment and financing of recycle economy of Guangdong Province.Then the article analyzes the investment and financing condition of the recycle economy of Guangdong Province in detail.We believe that the development of recycle economy of Guangdong Province is still in the initial stage. There are many problems in investment and financing mechanisms of recycle economy.The total amount of investment of recycle economy is not enough.Investment reliance on government excessive.Investment efficiency is not high etc.It uses foreign countries' experience in their development of investment and financing of recycle economy for reference.Then it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the investment and financing mechanism of recycle economy,in allusion to the main problems and status quo of Guangdong Province.We must not only strengthen the government's roll on regulating and controlling of economy,reinforce the support of financial institutions,but also improve the financing system of Guangdong's capital market and financial environment to perfect the investment and financing mechanism of recycle of Guangdong Province.
