Since the opening of the Hong Kong Disney land in 2005, a new round of investment to the theme park has started. The leisure theme park is playing a leading role in the Pearl River Delta. Among all the activities, performance is of great importance in differentiating the theme park's products, building the brand, and developing the theme park industry. The optimizing research on the performance activity can offer some solutions to its existing problems. Thus optimize the theme park's products.This thesis analyzes the related references and differentiates the concepts of theme park, leisure theme park and the performance in the leisure theme park. With the knowledge of the driving factors to the optimizing research on the performance activity, it clarifies the reason to optimize it. It also conducts the possible route, and assesses the validity. Because the purpose of the performance activities' optimizing is to better serve the customers, the perspective this thesis chooses relies on the customers' experience, not the operators' products. The assessment of the optimizing route is through the investigation conducted in the Happy Valley by spss's analyzing.Finally, based on the optimizing route, it put forward the strategies to optimize the performance of the leisure theme park in Pearl River Delta. |
