Study Of The Influence Of FDI On The Export Trade In China

During the creation of the miracle of economy growth in China , the mass entry of FDI and the high-speed growth of commodity export are important factors. To explain the miracle,we have to study the relations and the interactional approaches of both .The neoclassicism economists assert that the relations of FDI and export growth depend on different premises which would conduce different conclusions. Therewith,the positive analysis on them also lead to different conclusion.By theoretical study on traits of export and FDI,we ascertain the export conduction mechanism in which the FDI would affact variables such as the fixed assets,per capita GDP/L,the import of FDI firstly, and then affect the revealing comparative advantage and finally affect the export. Based on it ,we establish VAR model on FDI and export growth by trial which prove that the export will increase 0.28% when the FDI increase 1%. The influence of FDI on promoting our native enterprises is feeble. The influence of FDI on export growth carry out by the importing of FDI. We also predicate that the influence relate to the sorts of FDI. Benefit-seeking FDI promote the export better than market-seeking FDI. The enhancing of FDI-led-to labor efficiency will promote the export ,too.
