| As the rapid development of economic globalization today, logistics industry now plays a more and more important role in the economic system. Since the 1970, the logistics industry has made great progress in China in recent 30 years. However, there are still some problems in the logistics industry, such as resource waste, regulation restriction, elites scarce, technology out of time. I think that logistics cluster strategy can solve the problems in logistics industry and finally result in great success. And FDI theory plays an important role in promoting logistics industry clusters'structure. Cluster theory is not only an important policy tool to direct the local development and innovation, but also a Meso-economics thought. In the meanwhile, being one member of WTO, FDI in logistics industry will improve the whole logistics industry clusters in China and optimize the industry structure as well as threaten our infant logistics industry. It is a realistic issue to draw lessons from FDI in manufacture industry to attract FDI investing to logistics industry effectively and further promote logistics industry clusters'structure optimized.On the basis of former assumption and relative theories of logistics industrial cluster, combining with the characteristics of logistics industry, the paper gives the analytical framework of the driven-maker and agglomeration mechanism of logistics industry clusters, which specially include mechanism of demand-driven, resource integration and information share, and basic installation in logistic industry clusters spark. With the characteristics and the nature of FDI in logistics industry, based on international FDI theories about logistics industry clusters'evolution and related research, this paper distinguishes the difference between logistics industry and manufacture industry and deeply analyzes limiting the industry structure effect of FDI in logistics industry and its factors. It has not only directly promoted the upgrading of logistics industry clusters'industrial structure, but also indirectly affected the overall economy of China to push and pull the upgrading of relative industrial structure. FDI has greatly bridged the gap of needs for constructing capitals. Moreover, the diversity of FDI bas greatly promoted the native logistics industrial clusters'development to a high level. Then more attention is paid to FDI and logistics industry clusters'structure optimization effect on attracting FDI to China' s logistics industry suggestion on service industry is given out. |
