With the rapid development of science and technology, the social environment changes tremendously. As a result, uncertain factors of project rise increasingly. In addition, risk management of project has not a systematic method to be used for reference. During the process of the project, most of people deal with problem just by their experiences, that lead the scale of cost which is caused by risks becomes larger and larger. Therefore, more and more researchers pay attention to the research of risk management in project both theory and practice.Nowadays, the theoretical research of project risk management has already made huge progress, a lot of the risk analytical methods appeared, But, these methods are not summarized completely and systematically. So when we meet a specific project, we often don't choose appropriate analytical methods. It will affect the schedule, quality and cost of the project's objective, and reduce the project's benefits.In order to solve these problems, the paper researches the differences among these risk analysis methods. According to the characteristics of these risk analysis methods, the paper discusses their applicative scope and condition, analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. Then, the paper researchs how to select optimistical risk analysis methods to realize the objective of risk management in the different environments. In the end, the model of risk management based on Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) is put forward, and it is be usded to analyze the risk of LongTan High Drop Power Station Warehouse Management System development...
